Xiaomi Mi A3 and Redmi Note 8 Pro updated to Android 10

The release of the new Android version for Xiaomi Mi A3 was repeatedly delayed, but the company finally announced the release of the long-awaited update, and firmware files already appeared on the network. In addition, a surprise awaits the owners of the popular Redmi model, which has also been updated to the new build of the mobile OS.

The device is being released as part of the Android One program, and instead of the firmware MIUI uses the stock version of Android. According to Xiaomi, the cause of the delay in the release of the new firmware was the coronavirus epidemic. The update will be delivered by air, but for the most impatient users it is already available for manual download in the form of a system image.

The update size with the number V11.0.7.0.QFQMIXM is 1.3 GB. According to the developers, the new assembly has improved system stability and increased response speed, as well as added smart response and Family Link functions for parental control. Smartphones will also receive support for a dark interface at the system level and advanced gestures.
