Xiaomi, for example, has invested in the company DEEPerceptron, specializing in the creation of cameras and 3D scanning technology.

Xiaomi has reportedly gained 19.05% in DEEPerceptron. The latter is engaged in development in various fields, including artificial intelligence, information technology and much more. However, one of the most outstanding developments of the company is considered a camera that allows you to create 3D-maps of the environment. The description of the technology says that it is able to provide fast and accurate results with its economic efficiency.

It is not yet clear what exactly the development of DEEPerceptron interested Xiaomi. It is possible that this may be due to augmented reality glasses, the design of which was recently disclosed in one of the company’s patents.
