AdDuplex has published monthly distribution statistics for various versions of Windows 10. It is based on approximately 5000 Microsoft Store apps using AdDuplex SDK v.2 and newer. Data was received on October 28th.
The remaining versions are almost unchanged. 1709 lost 0.1% and its share is now 1.8%, even older versions decreased from 2.7% to 2.5%. The share of Windows Insider testing program participants increased from 0.3% to 0.5%.

As for the pace of distribution, the 1903 version has less than its predecessors. The reason is that Microsoft is less intrusive about installing the latest version.
