We have seen Windows launch on Android smartphones more than once, but what about launching on iOS? An enthusiast managed to get Windows 10 to work on the iPhone X smartphone. In this case, an important clarification is that it worked through a virtual machine, and not a full installation instead of iOS. To install and run, we used the UTM application installed on the iPhone X running iOS 13.4.
Performance, as you can see, leaves much to be desired, but in this case it does not really matter, since such a scenario is still not intended for real use.
The author of the video separately notes that the installation from the original ISO file lasted about two hours, and the download can take about 20 minutes. On new Apple smartphones, processes would obviously take less time.
