Video games are constantly being attacked by various experts accusing this hobby of exasperating teenagers (which has been repeatedly denied by research on the topic). But it turns out that all this does not work at the height of the epidemic: the head of the WHO, Tedros Adan Gebreisus personally advised to do exactly that during quarantine – to play games.
The Director-General of the World Health Organization has publicly addressed people who have to quarantine because of the raging coronavirus pandemic. What should I do at home? Play, says Tedros Adan Gebreisus.
“Listen to music, read books or play games. And try to read and watch news infrequently if this causes a feeling of concern. Get information from reliable sources once or twice a day, ”said the head of WHO.
Of course, the organization’s recommendations on behavior during quarantine were not limited to this. Gebreisus advises you to eat exclusively healthy foods in order to maintain your immune system, as well as give up alcohol and smoking, exercise and take care of your own mental health.
