The 16 ” MacBook Pro might be as good as a laptop, but it’s impossible to fix it

IFixit specialists disassembled the new 16-inch MacBook Pro, and it did not please: in the event of a breakdown, it will be impossible to repair it.

The only positive noted by experts is the relatively simple replacement of the cursor control panel. And then … CPU, RAM and flash memory, soldered to the system board – this time. Two are glue and rivets that fix the keyboard, battery, speakers and Touch Bar.

To the heap, the Touch ID sensor, which acts as a power button, is built into the logic board. All this causes big problems when repairing a laptop, as a result, the maintainability of the device is rated at 1 out of 10.
