Samsung introduced a very strange budget smartphone with 8 GB of RAM

And 128 GB flash memory
Samsung has unveiled the new Galaxy A line of smartphones. The new product is called the Galaxy A01, and it is a model that does not have a direct predecessor among Galaxy A devices from the previous generation.

The device is curious that its name does not match its parameters. Judging by the name, you might think that the Galaxy A01 is the youngest and cheapest smartphone in the lineup. And although we do not yet know the price, we can already see that it is unlikely that the Galaxy A01 will be more accessible than all its brothers.

The smartphone is equipped with an Infinity-V screen with a diagonal of 5.7 inches with HD + resolution, and there is nothing unusual here. But the heart is an unnamed eight-core platform with a frequency of 1.95 GHz. And its parameters do not fit the description of Exynos 7904 – the basis for many budget smartphones Samsung. But the most surprising thing is the amount of RAM – 6 or 8 GB! Even the latest Galaxy A51 in the base version has only 4 GB. There is also a lot of flash memory – 128 GB.

At the same time, the smartphone is equipped with a battery with a capacity of only 3000 mAh and a main dual camera with a resolution of 13 and 2 megapixels. From the rest, you can note the triple slot for SIM cards and memory cards and dimensions of 146.3 x 70.86 x 8.34 mm.

It can be assumed that Samsung simply made a mistake with the amount of memory. After all, if not for this factor, then there would be no special questions to the positioning of the Galaxy A01.
