Samsung Galaxy S10 + is already running Android 11

After the release of the stable version of Android 11, Samsung will quickly update its flagships.

Not so long ago, Google released a raw version of Android 11 for developers, which is intended for preliminary reviews. It allows you to pre-evaluate the innovations that will appear in Android 11.

According to recent data, Samsung has already begun internal testing of new software on the smartphone Samsung Galaxy S10 +. In the database of the popular test application Geekbench, this smartphone appeared, which runs on Android R.

The Developer Preview version helps developers and OEMs test the new operating system and adapt their applications and smartphones to it. Until the official release of Android 11, there is still about six months. During this time, we will see many new preliminary versions for developers, as well as beta versions, which will have improved stability and, possibly, new features.

It is reported that after the release of the stable version of Android 11 in late August or early September, Samsung will promptly update its flagships. The priority will be the Galaxy S20 and Note 20, however, the Galaxy S10 and Note 10 phones should also receive an update by the end of 2020.
