Samsung Electronics said it is postponing the Samsung Foundry Forum 2020 due to growing concerns about the coronavirus.
Initially, the forum was supposed to open on May 20 in Silicon Valley. This annual event usually starts in the USA and then takes place in other major markets – in China, Japan, South Korea and Germany. Its mission is to promote Samsung’s advanced manufacturing technology.
So far, the forum has been postponed to the second half of the year, but the manufacturer does not name the exact term, promising to monitor the situation.
