In this case, the situation is complicated by the fact that different laptops with different processors and other parameters are tested, but you can try to pick up similar devices with different GPUs.

As you can see, the Radeon RX 5500M is often really significantly ahead of the GeForce GTX 1650. More precisely, the new AMD is faster in four out of five games. But this is the case if you look at the average frame rate. But the minimum advantage of the Radeon RX 5500M is slightly less pronounced, since in PUBG there is parity between the cards.

But in general, of course, it is the Radeon RX 5500M in this pair that is the winner, and often the gap is very wide.
