Presented Xiaomi Mi TV 5 and Mi TV 5 Pro TVs

Xiaomi has just introduced a line of smart TVs Xiaomi Mi TV 5 and Mi TV 5 Pro in China, which includes six models.

Nevertheless, as expected, buyers will be offered only three diagonals. The launch model of Xiaomi Mi TV 5 will be available with screens of 55, 65 and 75 inches, as well as the older model Xiaomi Mi TV 5.

The main difference between Xiaomi Mi TV 5 and Mi TV 5 Pro will be the technology of quantum dots, which is used only in Xiaomi Mi TV 5 Pro. The resolution of all TV models is 4K.

Another difference is the amount of memory: Xiaomi Mi TV 5 equipped with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of flash memory, while the older model got 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of flash memory. They feature a single-chip Amlogic T972 system, and displays provide 108% coverage of NTSC color space. In addition, they received support for MEMC technology, which is used to dynamically compensate for image quality, as well as four speakers and support for DTS-HD and Dolby Audio technologies.
