Today it announced the start of sales of the new 14 ″ RedmiBook. The heart of the laptop will be one of two powerful CPUs from AMD – Ryzen 5 3500U or Ryzen 7 3700U. The GPU uses fairly fast Radeon RX Vega 8 and Vega 10 chips. The main chip will be its price, which will be only $ 469 for the younger version with 8 GB of memory and $ 658 for the older version with 16 GB of RAM.
Both processors have 4 cores supporting multithreading mode. The clock frequency of the first is 2.1 GHz in normal mode and up to 3.7 GHz in turbo boost. The older model is also equipped with 4 cores and 8 threads. The nominal clock frequency is 2.3 GHz and up to 4 GHz in turbo mode.
The 14-inch screen is made using IPS technology with a resolution of 1920 × 1080p. The frames are very thin and occupy less than 20% of the front panel area. You can take a model with 8 or 16 GB of RAM and with a 512 GB SSD-drive. RedmiBook is equipped with all modern ports, not inferior to more expensive models.
