Neurable gave $ 6 million to create a “daily” brain-computer interface

Neurable, calling you “the leading neuro-technology company,” announced it has received $ 6 million in Series A funding. These funds will be used to develop consumer headphones equipped with brain activity sensors.

Neurable aims to develop virtual reality applications and create “everyday” brain-computer interfaces: affordable, intuitive and easy-to-use devices that will bring neurotechnology to the masses.

Mentioned headphones when used in conjunction with mobile devices will allow the power of thought to control the speakerphone function. It is expected that relying on the familiar form factor of the device will facilitate the reception of neurotechnologies by consumers.

The round of financing was led by M Ventures. In addition, Innospark Ventures, Loup Ventures and Point Judith Capital are participating.
