MSI decided to release immediately more different Radeon RX 5600 XT graphics cards and introduced four models. Although in fact there are only two models, each one simply has two modifications.

The youngest couple are the Radeon RX 5600 XT Mech and Mech OC. They are identical in everything except the frequencies of the GPU. The first is 1130-1560 MHz, the second – 1185-1600 MHz. Everyone’s memory runs at 12 GHz.

The cooler with four heat pipes and a pair of large fans is responsible for the cooling of these models. Separately, MSI notes the presence of thermal pads on the memory chips and the power subsystem. The length of the cards is 231 mm. To work, you need to connect an eight-pin power connector.

Adapters Radeon RX 5600 XT Gaming and Gaming X are one step higher. Like the first two, these cards differ only in GPU frequencies: 1185-1600 MHz in the first and 1235-1620 MHz in the second. Judging by the already presented adapters, the GPU frequency of 1620 MHz is standard for most older overclocked models. The memory of these new MSI is not overclocked.

Gaming cards are traditionally equipped with Frozr coolers. In this case, this is Twin Frozr 7 with a pair of large fans, a large two-section radiator and five heat pipes. Because of this, the cards turned out to be very long – 297 mm. In this class, such large adapters are rare. And heavy cards – 1.4 kg. In addition, these models occupy more than two expansion slots.

For operation, the adapters require the connection of two power connectors at once (8 + 6), which can make it possible to achieve higher frequencies in acceleration.
