Microsoft has just announced that the next major six-month update to its proprietary Windows 10 operating system will be called the Windows 10 November 2019 Update.
Previously, the update was codenamed Windows 10 19H2. The final version is already available to participants in the Windows Insiders test program.
Microsoft previously acknowledged that despite its status, Windows 10 version 1909, code-named 19H2, actually does not bring much change. The November update will be a small update. Major changes to Windows 10 are expected in spring 2020.
However, this does not mean that there are no new features at all in the Windows 10 November 2019 Update. Search in the “Explorer” can now search in the OneDrive account, and from the locked screen you can launch not only Cortana, but also other voice assistants. There was also a function to add new entries to the calendar directly from the taskbar, advanced management of reminders, and so on.
