Lenovo introduced two new ultrabook with discrete graphics NVIDIA

Lenovo introduced a new line of branded ultrabooks based on the tenth generation Intel Core processors. The hallmarks of the Xiaoxin Air 14 (2020) range are light weight, flicker-less displays, as well as new discrete NVIDIA graphics cards that expand the graphics capabilities of laptops.

The laptop is equipped with a 14-inch display with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels, 100% coverage of the sRGB color gamut, anti-glare coating and the function of reducing flicker at low brightness. The “heart” of the new product is the Intel Core i5-1035G1 processor (up to 3.6 GHz) or Core i7-1065G7 (up to 3.9 GHz), depending on the configuration. Both CPUs have four physical cores and eight threads of execution. The older model also received 16 GB of fast DDR4-4300 RAM.

For the graphics capabilities of the laptop meets the discrete graphics card NVIDIA GeForce MX350. According to the manufacturer, its gaming performance is 20% higher than that of the MX250, and video processing speed increased 2.7 times compared to its predecessor. As a drive, both versions use 512 GB SSDs.

The claimed autonomy of the device with a battery of 56.5 Wh is up to 12 hours on a single charge. The combination of Fn + Q buttons allows you to switch the laptop’s power consumption modes: power saving, “turbo” or smart.

The weight of the novelty is 1.39 kg, and the maximum thickness is 16.9 mm. Among other features of the laptop – keyboard backlight, “anti-spyware” camera with a special shutter and a fingerprint scanner built into the power button. The list of interface ports of the model includes two USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A, one USB Type-C, an SD card slot, HDMI and a 3.5 mm audio jack.

Both versions of Lenovo Xiaoxin Air 14 (2020) will go on sale on February 27. The price of the configuration with the Intel Core i5-1035G1 processor and 16 GB of RAM will be $ 725, a version based on the Intel Core i7-1065G7 with the same amount of RAM will cost customers $ 838.
