The source published images of the ASRock B550AM Gaming motherboard, built on the B550A chipset. As you know, the B550A is essentially the renamed B450 chipset (Promonory). At the same time, motherboards based on the B550A are guaranteed to support all AMD Ryzen 3rd generation desktop processors.

The board has a 24-pin ATX power connector and an 8-pin EPS. The power subsystem is built according to a 10-phase scheme (8 + 2).

The AM4 connector is connected to four slots for DDR4 DIMMs, which can operate in a dual-channel configuration. There is one PCIe 4.0 x16 and PCIe 2.0 x4 slot on the board, as well as an M.2-22110 slot, into which the PCIe 4.0 x4 and SATA 6 Gb / s interfaces are routed. You can also use six SATA 6 Gb / s ports to connect drives. The board includes two USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, one of which is connected to the USB-C connector, six USB 3.2 generation 1 ports, Wi-Fi network interfaces (probably 802.11ac) and 1 GbE. The basis of the 6-channel audio subsystem is the Realtek ALC1220 codec. On the board, you can see two 4-pin RGB connectors and one 3-pin ARGB connector.
