The Nubia brand seems to be preparing to release the first mid-budget gaming smartphone. By gaming it can be safely attributed thanks to the screen. It will be an AMOLED panel with a frame frequency of 144 Hz and a sensor layer with a polling frequency of 240 Hz. By the way, the same characteristics of the top Red Magic 5G.

But at the same time, Nubia Play, which is what the device will be called, will not receive the top-end Qualcomm platform. Instead of the Snapdragon 865, the smartphone will use the Snapdragon 765G.

From the rest, it is reliably aware of the presence of a 5100 mAh battery with support for 30-watt charging. The smartphone will be presented on April 21. There is no data on the price, but Nubia Play should obviously be significantly cheaper than Red Magic 5G, which is priced at $ 540 in the home market for the basic version.
