Intel intends to bring Comet Lake-S processors to the market in 2020, which in the top-end version will receive up to ten cores. And the Core i5 and Core i3 models will now support multi-threading. They will also work with the LGA1200 socket, and their clock speeds will increase. However, in doing so, the chips will use the 14 ++ manufacturing process.
Interestingly, the company intends to produce only two variants of Comet Lake-S semiconductor crystals with ten and six cores, as well as GT2 level graphics. But the list of processors will be much wider.
