Well, after many months of US sanctions and restrictions on Huawei, this “game” will undergo another important stage. It is reported that the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has officially recognized Huawei, and ZTE at the same time, as a threat to national security, which means an official ban on US telecommunications companies from using federal funds to purchase and install equipment from these Chinese giants.

India bans TikTok, WeChat, and about 60 other apps

The Indian government has announced that it has banned the use of 59 mobile apps in the country, including TikTok, WeChat and Mi Community. The Indian Ministry of Information Technology “received many complaints from various sources, including several reports of the misuse of certain mobile applications available on Android and iOS platforms to steal and secretly transfer user data to servers located outside of India.”
