Apple has found an easy way to blow iPhone sales in China

In an effort to boost sales of its smartphones, Apple has approved a cut in iPhone prices in China, where it launched the biggest sale of the year 618.

On Apple’s official website, prices have remained the same, but many Chinese online stores sell iPhone at discounted prices. The Chinese platform Tmall offers a 64-gigabyte version of the iPhone 11 for $ 670, while the full price of the device is about $ 774.

A similar discount is installed on the iPhone 11 Pro, which is priced at $ 1,066 (it was $ 1,223). The iPhone 11 Pro Max is currently available for $ 1,177, with a full price of $ 1,350.

On JD.com, iPhone smartphones have fallen in price even more. An iPhone 11 with 64 GB of flash memory dropped to $ 646, an iPhone 11 Pro is available for $ 984, and an iPhone 11 Pro Max costs $ 1,054. The new iPhone SE 2020 can be purchased for 431 dollars.

According to a spokesman for JD.com, Apple’s major discounts have the “desired effect,” as Apple’s product sales have tripled in recent days.
