Today, the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team announced a multi-year partnership with AMD. Mercedes racing cars will carry AMD logos, in return for which the German company will be able to use commercial solutions from the processor giant, including Epyc server CPUs and Ryzen Pro laptops.
Of course, the partnership in this case is primarily of a marketing nature and for the most part AMD is profitable. The first car with AMD logos will be shown on February 14.
