After two cases of coronavirus, Samsung Electronics has closed another plant in the United States

Samsung Electronics said today that it suspended the operation of its enterprise in the United States, after two workers had been identified as a coronavirus. The factory in question produces household appliances.

According to the South Korean technology giant, an enterprise located in Newberry County, South Carolina, is undergoing “thorough cleaning and disinfection” and will resume work on Monday.

Samsung previously announced that it is temporarily closing Michigan-based businesses in the Samsung SDI division, which manufactures batteries for electric vehicles. They will be closed until April 13th.
