Adobe has announced that it will provide students and teachers with free access to Creative Cloud apps at home due to the growing volume of distance learning associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
To obtain a temporary license to use the Adobe Creative Cloud software at home, it is necessary for the IT administrator of the school to submit an application to Adobe using the form on the company’s website. Access is granted provided the student has access to Creative Cloud apps only at the school. After granting access, users will be able to work from home remotely in Creative Cloud applications until May 31, 2020 or until their school is working in normal mode (whichever comes first).
In addition to free home access to Adobe Creative Cloud for students and teachers, Adobe announced earlier this week that it would provide the Adobe Connect web conferencing application for free to all users until July 1, 2020. This decision was made to facilitate the organization of remote work and training, as well as to allow medical and government agencies to coordinate their efforts in real time.
