New for professionals.
The range of AMD 3D cards for professional use by Radeon Instinct currently includes two models: MI50 in versions with 16 and 32 GB of HBM2 memory and MI60 with 32 GB of HBM2. But very soon reinforcements will come – in the person of the top-end Radeon MI100.
According to new data, the nominal clock frequency of the GPU video card will be 1090 MHz, the maximum – 1333 MHz. The HBM2 memory capacity will be 32 GB at a frequency of 1.0-1.2 GHz, but the TDP will be half as much as the rumors attributed earlier: 100 watts instead of 200 watts.

No special innovations regarding the technical process and architecture are expected: it is logical to count on 7 nm and Vega, respectively. Although the source does not exclude that the Radeon Instinct will be produced using the 7 nm + process technology. There is no data on the premiere date of the novelty, but it is very likely that the video card will be presented within a couple of weeks.
